Established in 1984, Transmart SARL specialized in the manufacturing and distribution of garments in the MENA region.
Back then, we were buyers working with local Procurement Service Providers in Korea and HongKong.
As China Mainland opened its doors to the west, we were one of the pioneers to explore this market and found out it significantly lacked PSPs (Procurement Service Providers). Hence, in year 2000, we created a small, one room, makeshift office to start operations in the city of Shanghai with a team of 3 personnel. Demand expanded rapidly, and so did the team members, and in 2001 Transmart Shanghai office was officially established.
Fast forward 2 years, and as concentration shifted towards South China, we launched our 2nd branch in China, Transmart GZ in the city of Guangzhou.
With growing international demand, we moved our offices to the heart of the CBD in Guangzhou, and simultaneously launched our HongKong company, Transmart (HK) Co., Limited in the year 2008.
In 2014, as Chinese regulations changed, Guangzhou United Five Trading Company Limited (wholly foreign owned enterprise) was established, enabling us to directly engage in trading, import & export, widening the specter of services we offer.
Today, backed by investors, and with over 200 loyal recurring customers and with strategic partnerships in all major Chinese cities, we are better positioned than ever to provide you with tailor made solutions, all while still having the same thirst we had since 2000.
